CONTEXT
The campaign focused on generating local enquiries for pest control services in Los Angeles. With a $250 daily budget, the priority was to capture relevant search demand and turn it into measurable leads. Performance was evaluated based on conversion volume, cost per conversion, and the estimated business value generated from paid traffic.
CHALLENGE
The main challenge was making the advertising spend generate meaningful enquiries rather than simply driving clicks. With an average CPC of $4.30, the account needed to maintain strong conversion efficiency while ensuring that tracked conversions represented valuable customer actions. Cost per lead and lead value were important in assessing the campaign’s overall performance.
APPROACH
We managed the campaign through a structured Search setup with two ad groups, focusing on ad relevance, search-term quality, negative keyword control, and ongoing bidding and budget reviews. The objective was to keep the campaign aligned with local service demand and reduce irrelevant traffic.
Conversion performance was reviewed alongside acquisition costs to understand how efficiently the account was generating results. This provided a stronger basis for evaluating campaign performance than clicks and impressions alone.
RESULTS
From May 10 to June 6, 2025, the campaign generated 950 clicks and 224 reported conversions, with an 8.18% CTR and an average CPC of $4.30.
Based on the reported figures, estimated ad spend was $4,085, with an estimated cost per conversion of $18.24 and a conversion rate of 23.58%.
Using an estimated value of $150 per conversion, the campaign produced a modelled conversion value of $33,600, equivalent to 8.23X ROAS and an estimated 722.5% ad-spend ROI.
KEY TAKEAWAY
The campaign recorded 224 conversions at an estimated cost of $18.24 each. The modelled 8.23X ROAS highlights the potential value of the conversion volume when each conversion is assigned a $150 value.
